Commissioned by ZQP Ingenieros, the architectural redesign and interior renovation of a single-family residence focused on spatial fluidity and programmatic continuity. This project utilizes double-height spaces and a neutral material palette to optimize natural light, while integrating social areas with a private patio featuring a jacuzzi. To maximize the footprint, the design incorporates bespoke cabinetry and custom millwork alongside selected contemporary furniture, resulting in a cohesive, functional aesthetic.
