Located in San Agustín del Sur, Caracas, this collaborative project with Cota 905 Positivo and Espacio Anna Frank transforms a three-story residence located in a historically high–crime barrio into an educational hub and community centre. The design thoughtfully utilizes the spaces, featuring a ground-floor library and classroom, second-floor facilities for culinary and digital education, and a rooftop garden dedicated to meditation and peace. Moreover, a textile system will link the existing buildings with the rooftop enclosure, physically merging the barrio with the haven. The project serves as a cornerstone for local development and a safe space for learning within the San Agustin del Sur community.
